We all listen to this word a lot of times but we often forget to believe in ourselves.

Do you know this whole world is working on one of the most important things — Belief!

If we don’t have belief in ourselves then how will we have belief in other people?

Self Belief does wonders, you can’t even imagine!

It brings a positive change in our lives. This is something that differentiates two people.

People who are full of Self Belief:-

  • Enjoy Life
  • Have respect
  • Have recognition
  • More ease at social gatherings
  • Have a bundle of opportunities

People who lack Self Belief:-

  • They feel a sense of worthlessness
  • They are shy and uneasy
  • They can’t talk to the opposite sex
  • They can’t enjoy and relax
  • They have Low Self Esteem
  • They have stage fear
  • They lose on a lot of opportunities

The science behind why your Self Belief is low?

Your Self Esteem is low because the human mind works on the survival principle. It does not work on achieving in life!

The human mind believes in playing it safe!

Once someone does something and breaks the mind barrier then it becomes easier the next time.

1. Take Initiative

Taking initiative is the utmost essential thing if you want to increase your self-belief.

You will get to know many things you can do that you thought you can’t.

Let me tell you an example: I thought that I will not be able to act or take part in the play.

I was reluctant when someone asked but then I said yes!

When I acted in play: I acted really well and the audience enjoyed it. Then I found out a new side of mine

People really appreciated me for my performance.

Once you take initiative and do those things, all your inhibitions will fade away.

2. Know what really matters to you!

What is that thing that really matters to you?

What is that you want to change?

What value do you want to provide to society?

It could be Self Improvement, Life hacks, or making people learn skills such as Digital Marketing or anything you like.

Anything that actually brings about a change in life! The thing that actually makes you happy and you do not get bored doing that!

3. Small Targets, Steady Progress!

Do not think of going from 0 to 100.

First, go from 0–10 then 10–20, and then 20–30.

If we think that we will take a long jump, we will definitely fall.

Take small but consistent steps, which will provide you steady progress.

If you think of losing weight on the very first day itself, then you are wrong. You will not be able to lose much weight even if you exercise for 4 hours.

The best way is to exercise for 1 hour every day.

Let me tell you some facts:-

Running just 2 km a day means 730 km in a year.

Saving just 200 rupees per day means saving 73000 rupees at the end of the year.

Get better by just 1% every day means improving by 37x at the end of the year.

Now you will be able to understand the power of small and steady progress with the help of the above example!
