“Great works are performed, not by strength, but by perseverance.
Many of us feel that Talent only makes us successful. If someone gets successful people say two things about him. Either that person is having inborn talent or the person is really lucky. But the actual reason is they are having a growth mindset.
We often term the success of many people as lucky. But do we actually know the hard work, the perseverance and the dedication they put on that skill.
“It took 17 years and 346 hours for Messy to become Overnight success!”
We only see the success and fame of the person but we do not know what struggles he faced and what battles he fought and how many times he felt like quitting but he bounced back again and again.
What is Mindset?
Now what helped him throughout his journey and lead him victorious in spite of all the difficulties and challenges. His growth mindset helped him.
Now you might want to know what a growth mindset is?
Firstly let’s get to know about Mindset.
Mindset — The established set of values held by someone.
Mindset is the set of beliefs & values we have already imbibed within ourselves. What we think and do is based upon the set of beliefs and values.
Growth Mindset refers to thinking and doing things in a positive manner.
What we think totally depends upon what type and content we consume and also depends upon what we watch and listen in our surroundings.
What we see, we think & what we think we become!
That is why it is said that success is totally dependent upon our mindset!
That is how much important our mindset is. Sadly, many people don’t know about it. The problem is not that they don’t know it, but the problem is they do not want to know it. They do not understand its importance. This is the reason very few people are successful because they know the importance of growth mindset!

What do you mean by Growth Mindset?
Growth Mindset refers to a mindset which is
Infinite!
A mindset in which you make yourself free from social conditioning and limited beliefs. It refers to believing you can do anything.
You know this is actually true. A human is capable of doing anything but it is his beliefs that stops him from doing anything.
The people who do extraordinary accomplishments free themselves from these conditioning.
According to Growth Mindset
The ability to learn is not fixed, it can change with your efforts.
- You should be willing to give your best shot and then also be ready to accept failure.
- It doesn’t matter how many times life knocks you down, what matters is how many times you bounce back.
Let me share an example with you : –
You all know about the movie Titanic
Who was the luckiest person in Titanic??
Was it Jack?
Was it Rose?
Was it someone else?
Now you might be thinking from the above two.
According to me the luckiest person was the guy who lost his ticket to Jack in a bet. His life was saved by losing the bet.
The same case should be there with failure.
Whenever you fail, do not get disheartened!
Failure does not mean you should stop trying and give up.
When you fail, this means life is redirecting you somewhere better!
This is called Growth Mindset! Thinking and taking out the positive in every situation!
